Kerry Mulverhill is a gem of a realtor! As a result of her expertise, I am writing this review from the basement of my family's new home with a big smile on my face. Although this was not our first home, it certainly felt like a first-time buying experience as many of the rules that applied in 2014 no longer applied to the housing market of 2024. Given all that, Kerry was the perfect individual to help us navigate this brave new world. Let me tell you why. First off, and possibly most importantly, Kerry has a great vibe. In January of 2024, my family and I began what turned out to be an extended search for our next home. In total, it took about four and a half months for us to find “the one.” During that period we naturally spent a good deal of time with Kerry. In short, she is a delight to be around: easy-going, funny, and knowledgable. Kerry is also exceedingly responsive. During our long-haul search, I do not think we ever waited more than 20 minutes for Kerry to return a text message or call. This was crucial because we were searching from afar. At that time, my family and I resided in Saint Albans and would drive down to SE Vermont on the weekends to look at homes. Kerry always scheduled viewings that were very convenient for us and would offer to conduct virtual walkthroughs when possible. I know she was working with many clients at that time, but we always felt like we were the top priority. Kerry is knowledgeable. From helping us to understand the dynamics of the local markets that we were looking in, to suggesting ways for us to remain competitive in the face of all-cash offers, Kerry has a wealth of knowledge at her disposal.
