Hi Kristen, I wanted to take a moment to tell you what a joy it was to work with Vicki to help my sister purchase a home!

Initially, I had no idea how difficult it would to meet the needs/wishes of my sister given her price range.  As I began to learn the market, I slowly understood that compromise would be necessary.  I must admit that I was a bit stubborn and resistant to learn this lesson.

Vicki was an amazing agent and I can not imagine the frustration that I would have experienced had I not enjoyed her company.  She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, timely, informative and intuitive.  She was quick to understand my sister's desires and styles and adapted well to the added complexity of working with me and my sister, which I really appreciated. Her style of being approachable and down to earth, yet extremely professional made it easy to spend time with her.  She remained positive and upbeat even during challenges. Even once we went under contract with a New Hampshire property, Vicki continued to be our liaison with Chris, answer questions and provide a wealth of valuable information to us. 

Vicki is a gem for a real estate agent.  While I don't anticipate having a future need for Vermont real estate, I would happily refer Vicki should the need arise for other friends and family members along the way!

Kristen, I have to tell you this.  There's something about your company that we find very appealing.  We've now dealt with you and Chris, and I know I've also spoken on the phone with someone else there whose name escapes me at the moment.  I contrast you folks with another company in Brattleboro that we've dealt with, and whose brokers and business tactics have left us cold.  We really feel as though you're excellent brokers, doing everything you need to do for your seller clients, but at the same time, we feel that with buyers like us who are not your clients, you're honest, straightforward, and just really pleasant to interact with.  If we had a property in the Brattleboro area that we were selling, you'd be the folks we'd entrust it to.
 
 
Just to be clear On the Record...we have dealt with Chris on the transaction of four properties in 7 years! We would never ever use any other agent, as long as Chris is still working !!
