Neil is a Southern Vermont native who grew up in Putney. After traveling the world as a young adult he felt a pull to return to his home state. In 2020 he started selling real estate in Vermont, focusing on helping clients navigate real estate transactions with a consultative approach rather than sales pressure.

His professional experience includes hospitality, sales, marketing, and real estate development. He holds a degree from UVM in economics and a masters degree in business administration.
