The River House is an iconic gem in South Londonderry that has served as a full time home for several residents since 1979! Beautiful deck in the rear of the property provides privacy. Home has a beautiful dining room with great views towards the West River. There are hiking and snowshoe trails out back that run along the river. Home also has a small studio that has been a great work space for some throughout the years. Town sewer service is due to begin construction sometime next year and will possibly enable a bathroom in the studio. Also Home has a wood stove and a very cozy warm feel about it!
