Erich Hoyer
Erich E. Hoyer, President of Brattleboro Area Realty since it's inception in 1973, was licensed in 1969. He has received many designations which are recognized by the National Association of Realtors and given to brokers who have attained and proven the highest level of professionalism in the industry. Included in these designations are "Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI)," "Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)," and "Certified Buyer Representative (CBR)." Erich has been active in the Southeastern Vermont Board of Realtors having served on almost all the committees at one time or another, was President of the Board in 1994, and annually attends real estate related courses to complement his long term experience.

David Putnam
David Putnam was licensed in 1997 and immediately joined Brattleboro Area Realty. Dave wanted to join a highly respected Vermont firm where service is friendly, personal and highly professional but not pretentious. Kristen Ziter Taylor
Kristen Ziter Taylor is a life long resident of Brattleboro and she feels very fortunate to have been raised here in an area with such a strong sense of community, good schools, cultural diversity, limitless four season activities and easy access to urban centers.
Her passions are sports and fitness and she has competed in triathlons. Kristen approaches real estate with the same focus and drive.
Much of Kristen's professional sales experience has been in sales and marketing for an elite health club management company in New York City. She returned to Brattleboro to get married and raise her daughters in her hometown
